Whether you're starting from scratch and need an Event Planner (venue, catering, decor, entertainment), or you just need one aspect (e.g. entertainment), we can save you time and arrange it all. Our pricing and variety of services

We work within your budget restrictions, rather than push you to exceed your budget. Ask anyone who's been the "planner" for the company party, how many weeks of work is involved in lining up all the aspects of the party. Just give us your preferred party date(s), number of guests, etc., and we'll come up with a complete packages within your price range. For 2007 holiday parties, we can also find you a great venue (advise contacting us as soon as possible).

Dance bands - many in $2,500 to $4,500 range (see our dance band page)

Show bands: $4,500 to $12,000

Small bands: $900 to $2,500

National celebrities: Wide variance, call for quote.

Disc jockey: $550 & up (4 hours non December date), $650 & up(December weekends)

D.J. with karaoke, costume accessories for participants an extra. $1,000 & up

Background music -Soloists (piano, guitar, or harp) $200 & up

Background music - Groups (e.g. jazz, classical, parlour strings, Cajun, etc.) $ 400 & up

Background music - Groups /Ethnic (e.g. mariachi, Hawaiian, steel drums, etc) $ 400 & up

Miscellaneous soloists: Comedian/M.C., magician, celebrity look alikes, photographer -Call for quote

Miscellaneous groups: Acapella vocal group, Improv comedy troupe, mystery troupe -call for quote

Miscellaneous activities: Custom Trivia game, scavenger hunt, game shows, gingerbread house construction, skits with scripts, etc. -call for quote

Decor: Scale model S.F. landmarks, palm trees, European or American street scenes, futuristic lighting, winter wonderland, western theme, Asian scenes, dramatic lighting, etc. - call for quote

Event Planner (can include venue, invitations, decor, food, entertainment, on site coordination)
